This position works at Umraniye location in the Nutrition Division that our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You'll Do

  • Create the strategy for brand(s), defining and clearly articulating the positioning / brand story(s), based on insight & marketplace
  • Own the overall development and execution of the marketing plan for the brands, ensuring they reflect local insights and requirements
  • Anticipate challenges and risks and plan using proactive contingency and scenario planning
  • Focus on customer relationship journeys in order to define and execute multi channel engagement strategies and plans
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and looking at ways to provide added value services including the role that digital cloud play in supporting this
  • Work in multifunctional teams to ensure that plans and programs are executed effectively
  • Leverage complex data reports to extract relevant info to strategically improve brand and/or category performance
  • Find innovative sources of understanding, including market research, digital listening, trend tracking ....
  • Manage agency partners and be able to communicate and write effective brief to reflect brand needs and objectives
  • Effectively manage the budget for brand/ portfolio. Deliver high accuracy vs. Plan
  • Track performance of brands and provide projections for brand performance

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Senior PM experience with launch & brand plan experience
  • Experienced in pediatrics business in reimbursed pharma/nutrition market.
  • Experienced in development of brand strategy,
  • Experience in launching a brand to the sales team, executive committee
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Strong HCP, key opinion leader & association engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with internal & external customers & regional team
  • Good presentation skills
  • Analytical minded, result oriented, multitask oriented, act in a sense of urgency,
  • Good in execution and follow up experienced in activity planning, organization & management.
  • Team player – work in multifunctional teams (locally and at regional level)
  • Effectively manage the budget for brand/ portfolio. Deliver high accuracy vs.
