US Synthetic, a ChampionX company has an immediate need for a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist located in Orem, UT. The Part Time Front Desk Receptionist will act as the face of US Synthetic by courteously and enthusiastically interacting with customers, suppliers, employees, etc. over the phone and in person. Fulfill front desk duties by sorting and delivering mail, maintaining an organized and clean workspace, planning/greeting guests to create a world-class experience, and assisting HR as needed. This position is not eligible for benefits.

This job is from 7am -11:45am /Mon - Fri, except on Tuesdays, the shift will be 6am -11:45am and will close 9/25/2024.

What You Will Do:

  • Politely answer phones, transfer calls and relay messages
  • Interact with walk-ins (i.e. customers, interviewees, suppliers, etc.) and ensure visitors policy is followed
  • Work with employees on hosting visitors to US Synthetic
  • Schedule conference rooms as requested
  • Send emails for found items as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Help manage and answer questions about lockers and uniforms
  • Assist HR with projects and tasks as needed
  • Follow all company policies (Attendance, No Tobacco Products on Campus, Illegal Drug & Alcohol, Family Medical Leave Act, Personal Appearance, Personal Electronic Devices, Vacation & Personal Time, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
  • Needs to be flexible for occasional coverage of other shift.

Physical Demands:

  • Sit for up to eight hours
  • Repetitive motion on 10-key
  • Use of safety equipment (Safety glasses)
