You’ll partner with the Coach – Team & Culture to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Coach, you will:

  • Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
  • Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
  • Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
  • Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
  • 1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on people development, training and scheduling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer proficiency
  • A natural sense of urgency

The successful candidate will work a 76 hour fortnight rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
