Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Consulting:
    • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
    • Conduct HR needs assessments and develop solutions to address business challenges.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
    • Provide guidance on employee performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Talent Management:
    • Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentorship.
    • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing culture.
    • Facilitate team building and improve team effectiveness.
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partner role.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
