Citibank, N.A. seeks a Remedial Management Senior Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Provide oversight and subject-matter coverage over risk initiatives in quarterly processing of Individually Assessed Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test ("CCAR/DFAST"), Individually Assessed workflows and projects for enhancements and problem resolution of Special Assets used systems. Support Cost of Credit (“CoC”) process globally for Special Assets, including: accuracy of information in CoC extract managed by Finance, establish relations with global Product Control and Finance and Risk Shared Services (“FRSS”) to ensure appropriate processing, coordinate with Accounting Policy on processes and changes in CoC, coordinate with Risk Analytics to ensure Individually Assessed workflows are accurately represented in Current Expected Credit Losses (“CECL”) population, provide guidance to Special Assets teams on CoC process and coordinate and manage systemic solutions for CoC process. Provide Portfolio Management for Special Assets. Resolve data quality items specific to Special Assets and specific data components utilized within Special Assets. Support Special Assets in coordinating with Finance, Transaction Management (“TM”), Technology and Credit Risk Management Services (“CRMS”) on trouble debt restructuring and loan modifications. Conduct regulatory and audit (internal and external) reviews (including CCAR/DFAST) to ensure Global Remedial Organization proactively addresses requests and concerns. Provide input and testing of required enhancements and fixes. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Remedial Management Officer, Credit Portfolio Senior Analyst or related position involving credit analysis for the banking industry. 5 years of experience must include: Wholesale credit risk; Credit analysis; Collateral analysis; Credit processes, policies and classifications; Reporting requirements; Risk management; Credit Management Information Systems; and Portfolio management. 2 years of experience must include: Remedial management; and Regulatory standards and accounting principles: Individually Assessed Reserves, Loan Modifications and Basel.
