Role Overview: Ampd Energy is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, deal execution, and operational finance as we scale. This is not a traditional accounting role — we need someone who thinks like an investor, moves like a banker, and wants to build the skillset to run a full finance function. You'll be the strategic finance partner to the CEO, supporting major transactions (equity raises, M&A, debt refinancing), leading operational deals, driving commercial discipline into pricing and capital deployment decisions, and ensuring we manage liquidity and cash flow with precision during rapid growth.
