About the Role

Responsible for marketing activities directed at specific AIA distribution channel(s)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 根据总公司的整体规划，制定分公司年度线上线下客户平台活动规划，有序推进与执行活动的落地实施；
• 推广客户平台功能与资源在分公司的应用，根据总公司客户平台的规划与制度，协助客户市场部负责人搭建并管理分公司平台推广大使团队，落实推广大使的招聘、培训、考核和奖惩机制，有效运用客户平台与资源，与渠道紧密合作助力线上线下客户经营，驱动业务发展；
• 根据总公司VIP权益框架，丰富属地VIP权益内容，并协调相关部门落实权益采购、权益管理与上架，协调渠道在前线推动VIP权益，追踪与反馈VIP权益使用情况，持续迭代与优化VIP权益管理；
• 策划并执行VIP权益相关活动，协调渠道及各部门，实现活动的有效落地；
• 协调处理客户平台与活动咨询、化解纠纷，如遇复杂案件，及时上报；
• 定期收集客户平台与活动反馈，形成相关报告，为持续优化平台客户体验提供建设性的意见；
• 主管安排的其他工作。

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 大学本科学历或以上
• 5年以上相关工作经验，具有寿险从业经验者优先
• 抗压力强，能自我驱动，积极主动地推动工作开展
• 具有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神
• 优秀的策划能力、资源整合与管理能力，执行力强
• 扎实的文字功底，能够独立完成活动策划的整体文案制作
• 乐于接受新兴事物，并具备很强的学习能力
• 良好的中英文表达能力和文字能力，熟悉办公应用软件，能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel以及Word
