What to expect?

To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Client Partner for our customers in the manufacturing industry in Germany. Your tasks will focus on the areas below.

  • Develop new customers to increase the company's market share in the Manufacturing Industry in Germany
  • Use industry expertise to generate new opportunities in order to build the pipeline and grow the business
  • Set direction for business development and solution replication
  • Sell complex products or solutions to prospects on a partnership basis
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the prospects, including the C-level for developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer Executives

What do we expect?

  • Understanding of the complete DXC portfolio as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell large, complex solutions
  • Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors and how to leverage this knowledge in generating new customers
  • Using expertise in specialty, consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the client's business needs with DXC value proposition
  • Strategic planning on a business development level and in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structure
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends (manufacturing/ automotive), associated solutions, and key partner
  • Typically, 8+ years of related sales or account management experience
  • Demonstrated capability of achieving higher levels of sales quotas
  • Fluency in German and English
