Job Requirements

Leads, develops and mentors talent across the shared services team, to ensure skillsets proactively match the needs of the business

Responsible for providing and driving improvement in the forwards demand forecasts provided to the commercial teams, as an input to the monthly SIOP process

Liases with people at all levels within the business, to support improvement initiatives as needed, and present recommendations etc

Uses statistical tools / six sigma methodology to ensure data based conclusions are reached

Ensures the accuracy of data used across the business

Liases with IT and develops sustainable tools that support business processes
