POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery - Workforce Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Workforce Ready (WFR) team provides end-to-end case management of all onboarding and resourcing from cases raised in ATS and focus on:
• End to End Onboarding - Offer of employment, pre-employment checks, onboarding initiation, system access and training/ induction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as Team Lead and to spend 90% of their time on supervisory activities on 10% or processing transactions
• Act as escalation point and backup to the Associate manager and the other team lead
• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Workforce Ready processes/procedures applicable to MinAu (East) and MinAu (West) locations.
• Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals.
Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to their direct reports to execute boarding process steps within the global Boarding solution (Success Factors ATS and Employee Central) with a high degree of technical competency ensuring this system is the “source of truth” for all Boarding activity
• To manage, develop and lead a high performing, engaged and motivated team of professionals in the delivery end to end of customer centric Boarding processes in a well-planned, controlled, centralised, accurate and timely HR services for BHP, executed.
• Scope of responsibilities include executing end to end process covers pre employment checks, letters, onboarding activities, triggers and processing, with extension to onboarding coordination execution. Checks to Onboarding Triggers, working with Onboarding Coordinators to manage downstream onboarding activities for candidates and onboardees
• Working in partnership with the Workforce Ready Experience Management team, to manage through to resolution case escalations and complex requests, including customer interface; and to lead and collaborate to continuously improve service delivery.
• Manages candidate and line leader relationships to deliver a positive boarding experience
• Participates in the action and strategic planning process that establishes annual objectives and goals for an organization
• Responsible for delivery on all contracts / SLAs
• Responsible for the development of resources under his/her span

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR Workforce
• Knowledge of resourcing, recruiting, onboarding and movement processes
• Expertise in use of Case Management, EC, SAP, Success Factors ATS and Onboarding systems
