Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of user-centered design solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure the delivery of user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure the delivery of user-centered design solutions that meet user needs and expectations. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. - Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
