Risk Transformation Execution team is part of Risk Transformation organization within Enterprise Risk Management. This team is responsible for timely execution of Risk & Controls Consent Order commitments as per target state communicated to the regulators and provides Program Management support to Risk Data Program to drive execution.

Risk Transformation Execution team is a global team spread across US, Europe and Asia and comprises of ERM and Data project management, Reporting and Analytics, Strategic Initiatives, and Transformation Control teams. This role sits within Risk Data Project Management team whose primary responsibility to support Risk Data Transformation organization with end to end program / project management capabilities

The Head of Risk Transformation Execution Lead is looking for a Program Management Lead to coordinate the successful execution of Risk Data commitments as per Article V and any other Risk Data priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions with the Data Product and Tech leads to put the right program structure, plan and deliverables along with agreed dates.
  • Lead the identification and drive resolution of Article V issues, working with the dedicated program management individuals and other stakeholders .
  • Work with Data Product leads on scoping / analysis required to meet Data program objectives.
  • Work with the current Program Management teams to uplift the quality of program reporting, insights and communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Work with existing Data and Transformation Program Management stakeholders on consistent and prudent approach for various PM related, Metrics, Regulatory communication asks
  • Take responsibility for picking up and delivering discrete pieces of work in senior PM capacity working with the Data Product Leads and Head of Data
  • Actively participate and coordinate with the Citi Transformation Program Office on the overall program ensuring Independent Risk Management’s concerns and issues are addressed on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
  • Manage the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Manage the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly experienced in leading complex and large-scale changing initiatives,
  • Ability to influence teams, with non-direct reporting lines, including teams comprised of senior managers to garner support and secure buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers
  • Experience in working with senior internal and external stakeholders including regulators
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
