Walmart Connect (the ad sales arm for Walmart) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and as a result, can provide measurable results for our partners.

As the Manager within the Measurement Insights & Analysis team, you will provide data-driven insights to our suppliers on campaign performance that enable them to make better business decisions at all stages of the campaign lifecycle including pre-campaign, in-flight and post campaign performance. With a primary focus on our Sponsored Products, you will also provide campaign recommendations and actionable insights to advertisers based on our Sponsored Product WMC measurement suite, act as a subject matter expert​ and guide advertisers' investment strategy leveraging quantitative campaign insights.



The Manager will ensure campaign SLA deliverables are met, provide storytelling through campaign insights and benchmarking and provide data driven media planning recommendations. This position will work closely with our tech partners, dedicated resources, and sales team to ensure that we are meeting our goals and exceeding expectations.



In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating campaign management excellence and implementing effective report delivery workflow. The ideal candidate will be actively monitoring campaign success and best practices as well as bringing forward options around opportunity to the various stakeholders. Responsibility will also involve being the bridge between the various stakeholders and teams, ensuring that communication is thorough.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Measurement, Insights & Analysis, the ideal candidate for this role is analytical, detailed, results-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. You are a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of both advertiser and shopper needs, competitive landscape, and understand how to deliver an amazing experience for customers. You are an excellent communicator, building strong cross functional relationships through collaboration and innovative thinking.

What you'll do...

1.Be hands on - Leverage Walmart Connect reporting suite to provide insight into activity, performance, and campaign completion.

2.Own the day-to-day management and delivery of supplier campaign reports, monitoring campaign completions and ensuring that campaign deliverables are met.

3.Pulls and analyzes campaign performance reports to prepare research and insights to inform ongoing media recommendations.

4.Build and maintain a close relationship with our advertiser partners.

5.Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively.

6.Identify new opportunities to share with the various stakeholders.

7.Help lead discussion on a consistent basis with sales teams and Sr leadership.

8.Manages communication, ensuring that the best practices are being met and that campaigns are pro-actively set up for success.

9. Act as the team lead for analysts and guidance, provide back-up support when the Sr. Manager is on vacation, unavailable, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Analytics and measurement experience within a digital media, media agency, advertiser, or research company
  • Strong proficiency in analytical programs like SQL, tableau (strong asset)
  • Experience in digital measurement, 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects.
  • Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to speak to technical topics and metrics in an understandable manner.
  • High Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web analytics, Google Analytics or Adobe analytics
