Who will you be working with?

You will be working with our Project management team, project core team members and function departments who are using project management methods to effectively control quality, delivery time and cost of the project to achieve customer satisfaction or market demand and to maximize company's benefits under limited resources and conditions.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the project management department, you will be responsible for project management, including project scope, project quality, project cost and project delivery management, report project finance and status to supervisor and management on a regular basis, as well as maintain a healthy and intimate relationship with customer.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering related disciplines such as electronics, communication, computer, etc.
• More than 5 to 8 years of experiences for customer delivery project management，better with 3 to 5 years project management capability for overseas projects
• Be proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and can host overseas project meetings independently in English, including the meeting between clients and overseas Sisco company,
• Experiences in railway industry and overseas project management is preferred.
• Familiar with project finance and cost management. With the capability to report project CPR （critical project report/finance status to BU senior management independently.
• Familiar with Railway Passenger information system is preferred.
• Qualification for PMP or equivalent project management skill.

What will your typical day look like?

• Responsible for oversea and domestic project management, including design, purchasing, budget and delivery management. Take initiative to make project master plan and budget plan. Report project status to department head and senior management regularly.
• Keep close communication with client, make sure project meet customer requirements, maintain a healthy and intimate relationship with customer.
• Lead project matrix team members and core team members across different function departments, organize project kick off and project routine meeting, as well as project special meeting, including project set up and project review activities.
• Responsible for project KPI metrics (PMT Tollage, Contract Margin, FAI) to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Create project related CDRL contract documents, including project plan, project Gantt chart and finance CPR file.
