We are looking for a diligent Senior Buyer to join our Materials and Procurement team. This fast-paced role requires managing complex supply chains and implementing flawless procurement processes to drive operational success. What you'll be doing:

  • Process various types of Purchase Orders per demand and requisitions.

  • Acquire confirmation of delivery dates for both full and partial shipments and notify requestors of potential delays.

  • Track orders from placement through delivery, updating PO status in our system.

  • Maintain accurate open order status and ensure timely closure to keep orders updated in the system.

  • Manage quotes and material transfers through our buy/sell process from NVIDIA and/or across multiple CM partners.

  • Track all open sales orders and provide timely updates on items with discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with the Inventory control team to resolve discrepancies related to material receiving and/or RMA processing.

  • Support ad hoc requests to source materials needed by internal teams.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Purchasing Department, specifically in sourcing electrical/mechanical components.

  • Familiarity with different types of purchase orders (e.g., inventory, expense, service, place-holder POs).

  • High-level proficiency in computer tools, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Availability to work with various departments as well as vendor representatives.

  • Outstanding attention to detail to ensure orders placed match requested specifications.

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers both locally and overseas, and knowledge of PCBA electronics components.

  • Experienced user of SAP ERP system; familiarity with PDP/Agile is preferred.

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
