We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and manage the internal fabrication Raw Material Stores operations of a semiconductor company with $13B in annual revenue and a plan to get to $20B.This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of raw material, equipment spares and consumables from receipt to distribution. Additionally, ADI has an upcoming project to implement a new S2P solution, migrate to SAP S/4 Hanna as our ERP and possibly upgrade our warehouse management system. We also need to ensure that our space is appropriate and optimized to accommodate the aforementioned revenue growth. To achieve this, the individual must be creative but process driven. They need to have domain knowledge of not only what is best in class today, but also what are the opportunities and future trends in warehouse management including AI, automation, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse operations and systems. Success will require working cross functionally with Procurement, Mfg Operations, Equipment Maintenance, Fab General Managers and Facilities.
