As an Event Coordinator MS, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. 

Our Grand Chateau location in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team!

Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must have open availability (schedule can vary based on events)

As an Event Coordinator, a typical day will include:  

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.  

  • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for the event and corresponding sales/tours. 

  • Oversee the event development process, creating the event, interacting with the appropriate vendors, coordinating the data and invitation process.  

  • Follow the established contract review process to ensure all vendors meet the risk management requirements.  

  • Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.  

  • Aides’ coworkers, ensuring they understand their role in the event. 

  • Monitors the events to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. 

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing). 

 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. 

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. 

  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

 

To Become an Event Coordinator:  

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 

  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance. 

  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
