Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Manager to devise training plan and material aim to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work in order to standardize company/department service standard

• Coordinate on-the-job training and newly hired employees

• Motivate and energizes employees through training programs

• Fulfill training related work request by the department and Training Manager

• Deploy a variety of training methods to ensure the effectiveness over the course of training. Contain regular training program with Casino Marketing staffs

• Able to work under pressure and participate and plan in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of solid experience in training, Casino Marketing Training experience will be an advantage

• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology

• Excellent presentation, communication and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Adobe Premiere or skills in video shooting and editing will be an advantage

• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
