Job Responsibilities:

Sustainability

• Assist in regular Sustainability data collection and input to maintain the database for reporting purposes

• Assist in planning and execution of Sustainability campaigns, including roadshows, green tours, etc. 

• Engage with Green Team and drive internal awareness and communication in Sustainability related issues

• Coordinate with related departments and vendors for recycling operations

• Assist in data collection for application of Sustainability awards and certifications

• Assist in green projects executions

Employee Communications

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative content for internal communications

• Assist in uploading content to our internal communications channels and social media platforms

• Assist to write and design stories

• Assist the video and photography team in filming sessions

• Assist the video editing and give other relevant support like create the story board

• Support fellow HR teams in the planning and execution of HR projects and campaigns

• Assist in daily administration and perform job-related duties

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
