GRAD INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

The intern will be placed in the Human Resources Department of Amgen Italy: supporting the HR team, particularly with activities such as administration and welfare, learning council, and personnel management. They will be trained and mentored to acquire basic skills related to human resources management and organization, and will be able to understand corporate dynamics in continuity with the theoretical knowledge gained during their university education.

  • Ordinary administrative activities (e.g., communication with the Employment Center (COB), registration and termination with TFR and health funds, meal vouchers, preparation of letters/contracts, attendance records, etc.) and extraordinary activities (e.g., sending CU, SIP files, etc.)
  • Management of health insurance and pension funds
  • Development of corporate welfare activities
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Support in the management, compilation, and maintenance of HR programs (Workday, Zucchetti, etc.)
  • Analysis and processing of HR data (preparing reports, metrics, updating databases and the company management system, using a variety of digital tools and technology platforms)
  • Communication activities and HR initiatives (e.g., organizational announcements, events, HR certifications, presentations).

  • Master degree in Economics, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences or related field
  • Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) with strong interest in developing skills in these tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills, good stress management, and quick thinking
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Motivation and desire to learn human resources processes in the context of pharmaceutical industry
  • Good problem solving skills, proactivity and attitude to team work.
