The Principal Commercial Analyst, Airports supports the analysis of airport charges and engages with stakeholders to make recommendations on commercial negotiations, as well as ongoing contract management support. You will assess and recommend different commercial options for commercial negotiations across the portfolio to maximise the Qantas Group's customer, operational and commercial position. Participate in and support commercial negotiations for small and medium sized contracts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory framework and environment and WACC outcomes and how it applies to Qantas Group’s commercial negotiations across the portfolio.
You’ll have –
Experience working in a similar commercial analysis / commercial finance role, with 3+ years’ experience
Experience in building and managing complex financial models
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear financial analysis and recommendations
Ability to review, analyse and communicate insights from scenario modelling and industry reports
Strong attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter; able to work under time pressure with limited supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, building and maintaining relationships with airport partners and internal stakeholders
Sound presentation capabilities
