THE ROLE:

The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and dedicated project management team. We’re searching for a qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and maintain project schedule(s) while interacting with internal customers (engineering, design, validation, manufacturing, factory service, quality assurance), as well as the end user (customer)
  • Function as primary, external customer contact on assigned projects, with focus on exemplary customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a project budget for each project managed including labor and materials, such that forecasted margins are maintained or improved upon.
  • Provide regular, periodic project status updates, relative to milestone completion, risk/opportunity potential, as well as cost & revenue forecasting.
  • Work closely with other departments (Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, QA, Materials, Finance, Installation, Shipping and Field Service) and other Divisions, as required to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage the procurement of equipment and material necessary to execute the project.
  • Must be able to lead the coordination of internal & external resources for project execution.
  • Manage projects per agreed-to contract terms & conditions to ensure adherence by all parties, both internal and external, including issuance of NCCs, change orders, and customer invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineer.  Commensurate experience in the water purification industry is acceptable.
  • 4+ years Project Management experience in the water purification or construction industries preferred.  Water purification system startup experience is a plus but not required.  Familiarity with SAP Business Operating System (ERP) is preferred.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project Software
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: 10 to 15% primarily within the United States

Salary range:

$91,500.00 - $164,500.00
