Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is actively looking for a skilled Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst. This exciting opportunity is based in Berkeley, Missouri, within our dynamic team at the Skills Enhancement Center!

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.  

Shift Work:  

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements: 

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 

  • 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.

  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

  • 5+ years of experience understanding Manufacturing and Quality Processes

  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation: 

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.  

Travel: 

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $93,500 - $126,500
