CACI is seeking a Logistics Analyst/Global Stock Control Specialist to support Military Sealift Command efforts in FVWC Singapore.

The Opportunity:

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be joining an elite team of subject matter experts supporting Military Sealift Command’s N46, onsite 7TH Fleet Singapore, CLF Load Management Program Global Stock Control (GSC), and CLO support.


Responsibilities:

  • Become part of a team conducting global stock control operations and support for 40 MSC CLF ships and it’s customers via various sustainment and inventory functions

  • Process all subsistence requirements in the system of record for primary sourcing to CLF ships upon receipt of customer requirements within 48 hours of receipt IAW the MSC CLO Procedures Guide.

  • Perform unit-of-issue and case-pack conversions as necessary in the system of record to align unit of issue across regional catalogs and to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Submit customer orders to DLA Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORESweb) or the DLA system of record https://www.stores.dla.mil/stores_web/Default.aspx per the GSC Procedures Manual for items not carried or in stock on CLF ships.

  • Coordinate with SPV and DLA-Troop Support (TS) to address any discrepancies to the customer’s order and request timely transmission of the Delivery Tickets to affect prompt receipt processing.

  • Ensure customer requirements are processed and Requirements Summary Report is provided to the customer within 48 hours.

  • Process all subsistence receipt documentation in DLA STORES IAW MSC CLO Procedures Guide N4.46.4120.1 (series) and MSC CLF Global Stock Control Procedures Guide

  • Post customer subsistence receipts and invoices in DLASTORES within 5 days after receiving them from the SPV.

  • Process all non-subsistence requirements in the system of record for primary sourcing to CLF ships or referring requirements by EDI transmission to the Defense Automated Addressing System (DAAS) or by manual upload of referred MILSTRIPs to One Touch Supply (OTS) upon receipt of customer requirements. Complete all customer requirement actions within 96 hours of scheduled RAS event.

  • Collaborate with Global Stock Control (GSC) on sourcing, replenishment, and inventory discrepancy actions for Subsistence Cargo, General Cargo, and Cargo Fuel for assigned CLF ships.

  • Identify and resolve customer requirement discrepancies for material issued from a CLF, GSC warehouse sites and supporting SPVs.

  • Identify any bottlenecks in cargo movement by reviewing AOR Material Hub Cargo on hand reports.

  • Support the CLF Load Management Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The Contractor shall execute functions outlined in the BCP during periods of actual or simulated interrupted connectivity as directed by the CLO IAW MSC N0460-100.00-SQ

  • Conduct post-deployment Customer Surveys, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. customers using the standard format as directed by the CLO.

  • Review issues identified in the survey and conduct follow-up with customers and sustainment partners to clarify customer support issues. Provide recommended corrective measures to the CLO team.

  • Conduct follow-up requests for negative responses IAW CLO team lead guidance.

  • Report negative responses to CLF Load Management Program Manager or his designee in order to track response rates


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active DOD Secret security clearance

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 8 years of experience providing ship acquisition or fleet sustainment logistics support services to MSC, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial ship operating companies

  •  Prior experience as a MSC CIVMAR, active-duty Navy supply/logistics rating/designator, or contracting position in the logistics field a plus, or Military Sealift Command service

  • Experience using government systems

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
