About the Role

 

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

The Marketing Manager, Commercial is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand and pipeline for Fivetran in the commercial business segment. This role will support sales teams in North America through impactful, multi-touch marketing programs and execution. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with expertise in B2B lead generation within the small-to-medium business segment.

This is a full-time position based out of our Denver or Oakland Offices (preferred) or remote in the US.

DemandBase, Rollworks, Webflow, Marketo, Mutiny, Postal.io, SFDC, and Looker.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SMB lead generation strategy to drive brand awareness, demand, and pipeline.
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing to formulate and execute targeted, multi-channel programs, using a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics to generate high-quality leads for Sales.
  • Manage program execution for influencer marketing, email marketing, events, sales plays  and more. 
  • Work closely with operations and sales development to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, enabling speed-to-lead and effective sales follow-up to drive conversion rates.
  • Closely monitor KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and monitor progress to targets. Analyze data to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and segment-specific content plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to foster positive relationships and drive results.

 

Skills We’re Looking For

 

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing with a focus on the small-to-medium business market
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation programs for the SMB market. Event management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or  benefits, if applicable. 


Pay Range
$140,800$176,000 USD
