Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
Roles & Responsibilities: Major Problem Manager
• Strong experience leading discussions and activities related to identifying and documenting problem tasks during a Major Incident call or review. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members, stakeholders, customers, and vendors
• Assertive and excited attitude on Problem Management (they have used “hair on fire” mentality in their discussions).
• Significant experience that demonstrates the ability to drive to the solution to solve complex situations quickly, even when there is no clear solution.
• Illustrate experience of the ability to identify and resolve problems before they cause downtime.
• Experience in Monitoring Problem Management Task progress to verify that deadlines are met and objectives are fulfilled within expected timelines.
• Knowledge and experience with the 5 Why’s
• Experience in a leadership role with Problem Management and not just the technical hands on experience but hands on experience with the related work is also essential.
• Good documentation skills.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Problem Manager and Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
- Strong understanding of server and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Problem Manager and Infrastructure Service Management
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
