ROLE SUMMARY

Acts as an advisor to markets on how to design, produce and distribute content for different channels. The role will be responsible for the curation of approved content on headquarter channels which requested by commercial or medical partners. The role will lead and work on headquarter channel strategy and own the channel promotion plan. Practices and deliverables include (but not limited to) information architecture, detailed sitemap development, Glocal content audits and gap analysis, content concepting and mapping, maintaining editorial calendar(s) and governance model(s) and corresponding documentation.  The role will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content value and delivery. This role shall foster omni-channel content development capabilities and among marketers and medical partners to creating content fitting into different omnichannel and abiding with applicable governing laws and policies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a consistent “One Pfizer” approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience, e.g., channel support, analytics and utilization of SEO/SEM, content format and delivery to meet local customer needs.
  • Work with marketing, customer experience, other commercial roles, and medical teams to develop holistic omni-channel strategic plan and to translate strategy and tactics into implementation for market, such as provide advices on how to orchestrate the use of approved channels by customer type, considering their affinity to ensure the best experience possible for the customer.
  • Develop omni-channel best-practices and actively brings them to markets in collaboration with global and regional functions.
  • Support trainings to create/enhance agile, omni-channel model. capabilities in collaboration with corresponding functions, ex. Business Operation and Learning & Development.
  • Take lead on omnichannel analytic and cooperate with commercial and medical partners to continuously optimize the omnichannel model.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience in digital content and channel development.
  • Bachelor’s degree with science equivalent, advanced degree a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (TOEIC Score≧730)
