• Maintaining over 85% productivity and efficiency among technicians
• Planning and scheduling workload through shop
• Responsible for down time, minimal outsourcing of repairs and working with operations on equipment availability
• Good leadership skills, ability to educate and motivate in a fast-paced shop environment
• Any OSHA, TIA, OE or other safety/mechanical certifications is a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation, good work ethic and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
