<title>About the role</title>

As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing damages and repairing scooters and e-bikes. This is a very important job, as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet’s users. Once repairs have been completed, it will be important to test the scooter or e-bike in order to confirm its safety.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Repair E-scooters/E-bikes to maintain the highest level of quality (this includes a variety of mechanical and electrical repair and service tasks)</point>
  • <point>Prepare new E-scooters/E-bikes for service (unpacking, initial quality checks, upfitting, safety checks, test riding etc.)</point>
  • <point>Analyze complex incidents and fix technical and mechanical issues</point>
  • <point>Assist the team/task coordination proactively (inventory management, shipments, feedback, resource planning and management, quality control etc.)</point>
  • <point>Ensure that the team follows and applies the relevant guidelines and processes in the warehouse (e.g. stations for diagnosis, main issue evaluation, charging stations, battery management, health & safety etc.)</point>
  • <point>Perform weekly and monthly warehouse inspections, identify areas for improvement, and track/implement actions to improve warehouse efficiency and safety</point>
  • <point>Train and onboard new employees</point>

  • <point>Previous experience as a mechanic (preferably in automotive or electronic repair industries)</point>
  • <point>Understanding how to assemble and disassemble a product</point>
  • <point>High attention to detail</point>
  • <point>Ability to multi-task</point>
  • <point>Knowledge of using various hand and power tools</point>
  • <point>Category B driver's license is required</point>
