About Your Role:
As a Merchandise Financial Planning Manager at Dollar Tree, you’ll oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of merchandise financial plans for sales, margin, and inventory to achieve financial targets for a Merchandise Division. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as the primary financial planning resource for the General Merchandise Manager (GMM) and Category Director, providing strategic insights and recommendations that support category strategies, operational execution, and company goals.
