RSM is looking for a dynamic Transfer Pricing Associate to join our growing International Tax Team.

As an Associate 2, you will be responsible for the following job duties which are focused around two core concepts: your technical and quality expertise and delivering excellent client service:

Responsibilities include:  

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the various components of client engagements related to tax and transfer pricing projects and transfer pricing concepts related to transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.

  • Conduct industry and market research, economic, financial, and accounting analyses, and comparative financial benchmarking analyses, and method application to cases

  • Assist with writing and timely preparation and delivery of transfer pricing report/memorandum/other deliverable outlining clients’ facts, financials, market and economic factors, and analyses performed.

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

  • Relevant experience of 1 year in US taxation with Transfer pricing experience

  • Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations.

  • Additional accreditation is required for future advancement.  

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in mining large datasets from databases and other resources.

  • Attention to detail and an interest in problem solving.

  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
