As a member of the project team, you will be directly at the client's site, developing strategies around growth, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and new digital business models. In our projects, you will work with motivated and ambitious colleagues – from a small strategy team to an international, cross-functional team including design, human resources, or IT. Define strategic trends for our clients:

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from a university (additional qualification in the form of an MBA or Ph.D. is advantageous).

• Experience in strategy consulting or in a strategic role within a renowned industrial company, including (partial) project and functional team leadership.

• Very good knowledge of business processes, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following topics: M&A, personnel and organizational development, sales and customer service strategies, supply chain management, procurement, business model design and transformation, or Industry 4.0.

• Interest in technology and digitalization topics and their integration into business strategy.

• Clear communication in both spoken and written German and English.

• The flexibility and mobility necessary in consulting practice.
