Who you are:

As an Asset Review Analyst I with Frost, you are our risk navigator, performing credit analysis of loans to determine credit risk accuracy. These insights will help you understand opportunities for potential development and ensure that our financial goals are being maintained. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do: 

  • Compile reports of reviews into exam reports summarizing findings that include an overall risk profile of each loan portfolio
  • Plan, organize, and supervise examinations of designated loan portfolios of Frost Bank. Prepare reports of examination findings
  • Effectively communicate with loan officers by assisting them in maintaining an understanding of issues that relate to credit risk assessment
  • Maintain updated knowledge of laws, regulations, and internal policies dealing with lending and loan portfolio administration
  • Quarterly monitoring of potential problem loans
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 18+ months commercial credit experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
