Job Description

The Senior Pricing System Analyst plays an instrumental role in supporting the Route Revenue team through accurate pricing configuration, facilitating testing on promotional campaigns, fees and tax setup, and fare filing. Primary function includes system configuration, testing and validation promo mechanisms. Reporting to the Pricing Manager on implementation on various projects related to pricing configuration, process improvement and innovation.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Studies / IT and in any related discipline

  • At least minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in related discipline and high interest in system related configuration

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a good level of accuracy and good organizational skills

  • Self starter and fast learner of new tools and tasks with minimum supervision

  • Experience with ATPCO, New Skies and testing and validation of new products will be a plus

  • Experience with Excel or Google suites (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

  • Good team player with a flexible attitude

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage time and work flow & work on multiple assignments

Role ​Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for configuring ad-hoc promo, new route fares, and fare structure maintenance in New Skies.

  • Good understanding on pricing, fare products, promo mechanism and New Skies.

  • Maintains internal process documentation via Google Sites

  • Perform QA testing for new projects and promo mechanism prior to “go-live” and ensure configuration is functioning accordingly.

  • Assist the Route Revenue team implementing fare promotions and revisions.

  • Work closely with various stakeholders (Route Revenue, Marketing, Network, ICT, Sales and Distribution and Product) to manage new projects, product, promo campaigns and route launch to deliver price optimizations in a timely manner.

  • Assist and contribute in project enhancement initiatives to create templates and dashboard to monitor effectiveness of the pricing initiatives
