About the Role

Responsible for driving the achievement of Bancassurance business targets for the region and to coach and support the Bank sales staff as well as branch network.

  • Ensure to achieve Sales Target (breakdown by product), e.g. Regular Premium, Single Premium, SME EB & Others.

  • Co-organise and support on branch sales by meeting specific min. no. of activities per month.

  • Provide servicing support to bank partner and/or customer.

  • Conduct training and sales coaching, such as conduct scheduled Rookie FE, Conduct coaching session, Conduct scheduled FE(B) coaching session, and Conduct monthly engagement & reinforcement with FE(UT).

  • In charge of region overall Consumer, Commercial Credit Life and HPDTA performance, by: Prepare monthly report for Regional Manager for discussion on performance and action plans to assist to achieve target, Update and discuss with regional head and team members on the specific product performance and action plans to be implemented for the region and follow through by team members, and Conduct quarterly meeting with SMEs to update latest on products, campaigns, claims and address issues raised.

  • Lead overall region’s Takaful product performance, product training, processes and outstanding matters.

  • Contribute, assist and back up regional head to participate in FEs monthly sales review meetings​​.

Job Requirements:

  • Education – Tertiary education in any discipline and/or non degree holders with strong related working experience.

  • Experience – Preferably 4-5 years’ relevant experience. Added advantage for those working in banking and/or insurance industry.

  • Certifications/Licensing – PCE

  • Skills – Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Communication Requirements - Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the need to meet the specific group of target customers.
