• <point>Serve as the main legal point of contact for assigned product areas, providing timely, solution-oriented advice on launches, operations, and marketing.</point>
• <point>Partner with teams to build new products and business models that are compliant and strategically sound.</point>
• <point>Draft, review, and maintain user terms, product documentation, and commercial agreements aligned with Bolt’s risk standards.</point>
• <point>Support market expansion by identifying regulatory requirements and coordinating cross-functional inputs.</point>
• <point>Oversee compliance with consumer, data protection, and platform regulations, escalating complex issues as needed.</point>
• <point>Enhance legal operations through scalable tools, automation, and strong collaboration across team.</point>

• <point>You are a qualified UK or EU lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in tech, mobility, or platform industries.</point>
• <point>You have a passion for business and technology, helping innovative products scale responsibly.</point>
• <point>You enjoy working closely with product and business teams to design and launch new offerings across markets.</point>
• <point>You bring a true business partner mindset, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.</point>
• <point>You have a can-do attitude and focus on practical, risk-balanced solutions that drive progress.</point>
