Core Responsibilities

• Advises business units and liaises with stakeholders and risk partners.

• Manages regulatory visits, inquiries, and investigations; guides mitigation of compliance risks.

• Directs design and upkeep of compliance policies and procedures, and supports new standards.

• Implements corrective actions to resolve issues.

• Oversees operational efficiency and sets measurable standards using available resources.

• Acts as a compliance expert.

• Contributes to special projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• • Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years within a financial services compliance function.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
