Job Description:
1. Provide users with IT desktop technical support services through remote tools, telephone, network, email, etc
2. Responsible for accepting, recording, processing, assigning, coordinating, upgrading, and following up on user IT repair failures, and recording events;
3. Responsible for regular service satisfaction visits, real-time monitoring of service quality and user experience.
4. Responsible for summarizing and sorting out the documents of the project team's O&M knowledge base.
