Responsible for designing, testing, and developing well designed web-based software coding that is testable, and efficient by using best software development practices to meet user’s needs; recommending software upgrades for current and future systems; as well as translating the User
Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design wireframes, ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing; and documenting every aspect of the application, service or environment as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades.

Be part of an agile team that is responsible for maintaining the application enabling Agency users to visualize, triage and review collections from various sources, including user uploaded legal process and scrapes of publicly available information.

Primary Responsibilities:
oPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
oPlans and leads major technology assignments.
oEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
oFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
oMay supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:
oBachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
oManagement, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
o8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
oAbility to work well within a small agile team environment
oStrong communication skills
oUS Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
oExperience with .NET, C#, Vue3, Typescript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, Databricks
oDOD Top Secret Clearance is required.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
