We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Dimetra Console team of talented software engineers who are dedicated to developing and maintaining Dispatch and Logging solutions.
The team has full ownership (design, implementation, quality, cybersecurity, operations) of all products being developed.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of Console products solutions. You will develop, manage and support the development team in meeting challenging business goals in required timeframes.

The Development Team Manager will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
Perform all tasks associated with direct management
Collaborate with the Product Owner in leading the team
Help employees self-manage and collaborate on efficient delivery
Develop people and team through planning, coaching, challenging assignments, feedback, and support
Identify knowledge gaps and help employees create plans for addressing them
Define standard metrics and use them in reporting the current state of ongoing initiatives
Demonstrate knowledge of standard Information Technology (IT) topics and requirements (examples include development environments, version control, testing, application security, and deployment processes)

At least 2 years of experience in the Team Management domain (mentoring, motivating, coaching, career planning, giving feedback, etc.)
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum (values, principles, roles, ceremonies)
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced customer focused environment
Ability to identify and capitalize opportunities, identify risks/issues,formulate recommendations, and drive sound decisions that deliver results
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Education to college/university level in the technical (Engineering / IT)
