The Sr. Program Manager will have a greater focus on the commercial and financial aspects of operating the business unit and individual projects. He/she will work closely with team members in the technical and business development areas to develop scopes of work, define and schedule manpower & materials, work cooperatively with contractors, engineers, distributors/vendors, and customers.

YOUR IMPACT:
Work directly with the Director of BHS Technologies Group and other leadership in the BHS Group to define, develop and implement key Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) with a focus on BHS Group SOPs for departmental procedures and the commercial and financial management of projects.
Utilize his/her industry knowledge, experience and relationships to positively contribute in all aspects of Business Development, Proposal Development, Estimating and Marketing.
Shall primarily serve in a senior leadership role, supporting, advising and mentoring Project Managers over multiple active projects, but may also, at times and for larger projects, key customers and accounts, serve as primary point of contact for those specific projects.
During proposal development, project execution, and post project closeout, will maintain regular contact with key customers and accounts to foster continued positive customer relations and growth of those accounts.
Understand expectations of project documents (contracts/prints) and provide documented clarification as necessary.
Track and estimate project costs, milestones, and deadlines.
Track and confirm the order and receipt of materials, parts, equipment and tools as needed and maximize profitability.
Ensure site/project safety programs are being followed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
A minimum of two (2) years of management experience
Must have a thorough understanding of baggage handling systems/ maintenance and construction.
Must have a working knowledge of Project Management scheduling software (latest versions of MS Project and Primavera preferred)
Must have knowledge of BIM Modeling, coordination and management practices.
Must be familiar with managing contractors, developing scope of work and obtaining and evaluating detailed proposals
Possess education or qualified experience & familiarity in codes including but not limited to: OSHA, NEC, NFPA, IEC, and environmental regulations.
Must have a valid US Driver's License
Ability to pass an FAA/Customs Security Background Check
Must possess a passport and be willing to travel as necessary for projects.

Pay Range:
$117,000.00 - $202,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
