Support Integration Specialist​ (Logistics Integration)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) and the P-8 Mods Integration Team are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including a Mid-Level or Lead Level Support Integration Specialist to support our team at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting P-8 modification programs. This position will play a critical role in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring long-term stability and success. The role will emphasize externally facing projects that require significant amounts of customer interaction and are technical in nature.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to teams representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources and the US Navy customer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and execute plans that ensure operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with customer leadership and working level contributors to understand and resolve technical challenges.

  • Quickly understand, assess, prioritize, and address urgent customer concerns

  • Navigate and create framework to address vague and undefined customer actions and requests

  • Engage with customer to improve collaboration in areas where government furnished equipment (GFE) is creating execution challenges

  • Partner with internal and external teams to mature future business opportunities related to the BGS P-8 portfolio

  • Communicate with internal Boeing stakeholders, sub‐contractors, and vendors to ensure effective P-8 mod execution with a focus on resolution of technical, schedule, and budget challenges.

  • Support customer (external) and Boeing (internal) major milestone reviews, readiness meetings, and participate in developing execution strategy.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years working directly with customers to resolve technical questions, concerns, and challenges

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

  • Technical bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working on P-8 or other commercial derivative military platforms.

  • Experience working with US Navy customer

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing program / project management best practices (i.e. PMP)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Lead Level (Level 3): $87,550 - $118,450

Summary pay range for Lead Level (Level 4): $107,950 - $146,050
