We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst + SEO Specialist to join the DART (Data, Analytics, Research & Testing) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, combined with strong data analysis skills to drive insights and inform decisions. You will also collaborate with clients to communicate optimization efforts, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Data Analyst 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and functional requirements for projects or initiatives.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for process improvements or automation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help drive business decisions. Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments (e.g., IT, operations, finance) and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements, considering both technical and operational aspects.
  • Develop clear and concise business documentation, including use cases, user stories, process maps, and business requirements specifications.
  • Identify and analyze different customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and needs.
  • Gather and analyze data from surveys, focus groups, website analytics, and social media to understand audience preferences and trends.
  • Create detailed profiles of target audiences to help tailor marketing strategies and content for different customer segments.
  • Track how audiences interact with content, brands, and products across various platforms to identify patterns and preferences.

SEO 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization tasks, including meta tags suggestions, site architecture, link building, and content recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gap opportunities.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO requirements are met during website updates and redesigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau or Looker etc. for reporting and insights generation.
  • Experience in building dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the ability to work with large datasets to measure SEO performance and trends.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
