We are seeking a talented GenAI Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering Machine Learning projects to join our team. As a GenAI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions in the field of Generative AI. You will work on innovative projects that leverage AI to enhance our understanding of customer data, drive research, and impact for several industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements

  • Design and execute experiments to validate AI-driven insights and predictions

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML and Data Science to inform and improve our approaches

  • Participate in the development of AI-driven tools and applications for e.g. the automotive industry or retail business

  • Collaborate with data scientists and other GenAI experts to integrate AI solutions into various workflows

  • Analyze and interpret complex data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of data pipelines and data management strategies to support AI projects
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics), Master's or Ph.D. is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning or Data Science

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, LLama, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of the challenges and requirements to develop ML solutions

  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering and statistical analysis

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex multidisciplinary projects

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • German Language Skills C2 or fluent (in written and spoken)

  • Residence in Germany in preferred regions like Eschborn, Hamburg, Boeblingen
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on AI projects in the automotive, manufacturing, convenience or retail industry

  • Proven Project Record in GenAI projects in production

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
