Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather financial data and perform analysis. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review. - Identify financial or operational concerns and recommend corrective actions. - Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities. - Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Management. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and financial modeling. - Experience with financial planning and analysis tools. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Hands-on experience with financial forecasting and budgeting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Financial Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
