How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role will support the Program Sr Director in Airgas finance transformational projects to perform project management and other support activities to achieve the project objectives. It includes supporting project planning, updating project timeline, following up action items, coordinating meetings and writing meeting minutes and contributing to solve various problems.
  • Organize, plan, and maintain program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities
  • Monitor, track, and report on project status, milestones and deliverables
  • Gather information from work streams and stakeholders independently, and can analyze and summarize the information and make proposals with minimum supervision
  • Have weekly touch point meeting with each workstream, and document meeting minutes
  • Timely follow up & update action trackers
  • Coordinate project travel planning and onsite/virtual workshop planning
  • Create template, memo, slide deck per ad hoc request
  • Support documenting KPI, RACI and related process workflow chart
  • Support the Program Sr Director in other areas throughout the project, as needed
