What a National Trade Marketing and Retail Management Lead, Singapore does at HP:
Establish a weekly cadence to drive sales objectives (SO) across the retail network.
Conduct market sensing activities and share insights with key stakeholders.
Ensure retail compliance on key parameters to maintain high standards of operation.
Oversee the execution of trade marketing programs to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Manage trade marketing budgets and track expenditures against planned activities.
Publish regular dashboards on retail health parameters.
Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to bridge these gaps.
Monitor and analyze retail metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
Track competitor activities and adjust trade marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in retail management and trade marketing.
Outstanding communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Proficient in data analysis and interpreting retail metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in trade marketing principles and practices.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple trade marketing initiatives simultaneously
