Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with strategic planning and coordination to deliver robust application outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Strong experience in designing and developing integration solutions within Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application configuration and customization to meet business needs.
- Experience working with various data exchange protocols and middleware tools.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
