About Anteriad

We are not just another B2B solution provider. We're problem solvers. Data is at the core of everything we do. Our team works tirelessly to create powerful solutions that drive real results for our clients. Whether it's through innovative technology or deep analysis, we're committed to finding the best path to growth for every one of our customers.

Why Join Our Intelligence & Analytics Team?

Anteriad is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team on-site in our Rye Brook, NY headquarters. This is an incredible opportunity for an intelligent, energetic, and self-motivated individual to play a vital role within a growing Client Service and Support organization. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship. This is an on-site position and local candidates will only be considered.

The TAM will support the analytics team in maintaining active relationships with clients, including proactively resolving business and technical issues in service of analytics-based projects. After becoming well versed in intelligence and analytics products, the TAM is expected to expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with energy and enthusiasm. In addition to speaking with clients, the TAM will be the primary liaison between the internal development team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables all while seeking and establishing the timeline for the next project.

The successful candidate is a resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a small, fast paced environment. The TAM will be expected to straddle the line between strategic thinking & tactical execution leveraging existing internal datasets and processes vs. creating custom projects. To fit our culture, they must be prepared to work hard & be willing to attempt many different solutions until the best resolution is found.
