Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Apache Kafka. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Apache Kafka. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Apache Kafka. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java Full Stack Development. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Kafka. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
